Directions

Slice the apples into thin slices and discard the core. Toss the apples in a bowl with lime or lemon juice to prevent them browning. Spread the apples out onto a large plate.

Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil into a small saucepan and place over a low heat. Stir the mixture until most of the chocolate chips have melted, remove the pan from the heat and keep mixing until all chocolate chips have melted. Alternatively, put chocolate chips and coconut in a microwave and heat at 30-second intervals until melted. Set aside.

Heat the peanut butter in another small saucepan (or small bowl in a microwave) until runny. You may need to add 1⁄2 teaspoon of coconut oil if the mixture is too thick.

Once the peanut butter and melted chocolate has cooled a little, pour into into Ziploc bag. Cut the tip of the Ziploc bag of chocolate sauce and drizzle over the apples. Next, cut the end off the peanut butter sauce bag and drizzle over the apples. Alternatively, use a fork to drizzle over.

Sprinkle over some hemp seeds and more chocolate chips if desired.
